About Weldco

Weldco builds the blades and barrels that keep America’s underground networks running. Every product we make is engineered to take a beating — cutting longer and faster through asphalt, rock and roadbase. Our microtrenching blades deliver up to 3× more footage, and our rebuildable PDC core barrels cut 4× more cores than competing brands.

We’re not a corporate supplier — we’re field partners. When your gear hits the jobsite, Weldco backs it with 24/7 support, maintenance support and rebuild programs that keep crews cutting without downtime. Every weld, edge, and detail is tested by real contractors in real conditions, because we believe performance isn’t proven in the shop — it’s earned in the trench.

Rebuild & Reuse

Less Downtime

Higher Output

Built for real-world performance, our PDC asphalt blades cut faster and last longer than any other microtrenching blade on the market. Our PDC core barrels are engineered for high-volume output, featuring dry-cutting technology that eliminates the need for water and significantly reduces setup time. Operators consistently experience fewer changeouts, higher cutting speeds, and dependable performance across a wide range of jobsite conditions—helping crews cut faster and longer than with  competing blades and barrels.

Extended Blade Life

DIY Maintenance and Repair

You can send your blades and barrels to Weldco for fast rebuilds when you don’t have in-house welders, helping you avoid extended shipping delays and unnecessary costs. For crews that prefer to keep repairs local, Weldco provides hands-on training for your team or your trusted local weld shop—so maintenance stays in-house and downtime stays low.

Replacement teeth are sold individually, allowing worn components to be swapped out quickly and efficiently. Weldco also provides step-by-step maintenance and tooth repair videos to support your crew in the field, backed by responsive customer support that’s always available to answer questions and keep your operation running smoothly.
